On a sunny and busy Saturday morning, we meet Esteban Valenzuela and his mother out in Little Italy for a quick home tour shoot. His newest listing was a modern two bedroom, two bath condo right in the heart of all the amazing restaurants and shops.
Our first shot was a fast gimbal run-up to the talent as he spoke his lines. We then did a sped-up walk to the location.
Inside we used slow-motion pans and pushes to highlight the condo’s features as Esteban’s voice over described and sold the property.
Finally our roof-top shot highlighted the perfect San Diego bay-side weather that the new owner would certainly enjoy.
