As a way to differentiate themselves from the competition, Seth Struiksma of The One Group wanted an explainer video showcasing the various measures they take to sell a house in San Diego.
With only 30-minutes to shoot the on-camera talent portion, the crew jumped into action and executed a walk-and-talk video in minimal takes.
Because of our deep relationship with The One Group, the b-roll assets were already on-hand. In all, the entire video was produced in a matter of hours.
We then extended this video’s reach with paid distribution to the realtor’s target audience.
